Events

We gather for fun, fellowship, and growth. Some events are big, community events such as Pumpkin Palooza. Some events are intergenerational such as Messy Church. We enjoy gathering around meals and enjoy company at our meals.

We also gather in small groups to support one another.

Connect

We seek to live cross-shaped lives - lives that are connected to God and to others. God gathers us into community with those beyond our doors, as a congregation, and in small groups.

Through worship, growing in discipleship, and serving, we develop stronger relationships with God and one another.

Serve

God calls us to participate in God's ministry of reconciling all things back to God. We participate by serving in worship leadership, nurturing ministries within the congregation, and a variety of missional and outreach opportunities.

Give

We are deeply grateful for the generosity that allows us to be in ministry with one another and in our community.

The first support for our ministries comes from the regular giving of our congregation. We also have a number of fundraisers each year. Some of those fundraisers are designated for ministries in our communities such as Backpack Ministries, Christian Charities of Sumter, and Sumter United Ministries.

August 1, 9:00-10:30am MANNA Men's Breakfast in the church fellowship hall. All men are welcome to join us for a great southern breakfast, great fellowship, and food for the faith journey. Join us!
